What's always included
Every placement, regardless of rate, includes:
Certificates and work authorisation checked before you see a CV.
Labour-leasing contract, social contributions and DSG paperwork — all ours.
If an operator can't complete a shift, we find a replacement.
Run a trial shift and make the operator permanent if it works out.

Pricing questions
Is there a subscription or setup fee?
No. You pay per hour per operator, with no minimum commitment or setup cost.
How is the rate determined?
The rate reflects the operator's certification level, the shift type, and the notice period. Premium shifts (nights, weekends) always carry a surcharge.
Can we hire an operator permanently?
Yes — trial-to-hire is built into the model. After a successful trial shift, you can take the operator on permanently and a one-time placement fee applies.
